Duc Truong Pham (IET Fellow) holds the Chance Chair of Engineering at the University of Birmingham, UK. His research is in the areas of intelligent systems, robotics, autonomous systems and advanced manufacturing and remanufacturing technology. He has published over 700 technical papers and books and has graduated more than 100 PhD students. He has received numerous prestigious awards, among which are an OBE for his outstanding services to engineering, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the World Automation Congress, and a Distinguished International Academic Contribution Award from the IEEE.

Nikola Kasabov (IEEE Life Fellow) is a Professor Emeritus at the School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. He is Past President of the Asia Pacific Neural Network Society (APNNS) and the International Neural Network Society (INNS). His main research interests are in the areas of neural networks, intelligent information systems, soft computing, neuroinformatics, and spiking neural networks. He has published more than 750 publications, highly cited internationally. He has extensive academic experience at various academic and research organisations in Europe and Asia.

Lei Chen is an Associate Professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. He was selected for the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He is engaged in research related to image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has published more than 60 papers in top-tier international journals and conferences such as IEEE TIP, Signal Processing and ICME in recent years. In addition, he has led national and provincial-level research projects as principal investigator.

Zeashan Hameed Khan (IEEE Senior member) recently served as a senior researcher at IRC-IMR, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He is a leading expert in robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing systems, with a strong focus on the diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, AI-driven decision making, and additive manufacturing. His work consistently bridges academic knowledge with practical applications in smart manufacturing and autonomous systems. He has published more than 70 journal and conference papers. He serves as an editorial member for several leading journals.
